Creative specs & guidelines
We keep the experience premium. Ads are placed in rotation during your campaign period. We don’t currently provide impression counts or time-of-day scheduling.
Recommended creative
Short, clean videos perform best. Use strong branding and minimal messaging.
Video format
MP4 (H.264). Up to 30 seconds depending on plan. Avoid strobe/flashing effects.
Audio
Many venues run screens muted. Ensure your message works without audio.
Brand safety
No explicit, hateful, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to request edits.
Placement & review
We review creative and confirm your campaign dates and locations before going live.
Approval time
Typically 1–3 business days after receiving final creative.
Scheduling
Ads run in rotation during the campaign period; exact times/loops can vary by venue usage.
